Increasing Turmoil in the World

When a person rejects God more and more, that person will end up with a hardened heart.

This happens on an individual basis, but soon this will happen on a global basis.

God has already made it clear (just before the Flood) that He will not strive with man forever.

And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.
- Genesis 6:3 (KJV)

Currently when someone tries to do something evil, God will whisper "Are you sure?". It's kind of a restraint that prevents people from rushing into sin. An opportunity to give it another thought if you will.

In the last days God will withdraw His Spirit more and more. Because the Spirit of God is withdrawn, iniquity shall abound, and the love of many shall grow cold.

And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
- Matthew 24:12 (KJV)

Here's what Ellen White says about it:

The time is at hand when there will be sorrow in the world that no human balm can heal. The Spirit of God is being withdrawn. Disasters by sea and by land follow one another in quick succession. How frequently we hear of earthquakes and tornadoes, of destruction by fire and flood, with great loss of life and property! Apparently these calamities are capricious outbreaks of disorganized, unregulated forces of nature, wholly beyond the control of man; but in them all, God's purpose may be read. They are among the agencies by which He seeks to arouse men and women to a sense of their danger.
- Ellen White, Prophets and Kings, p. 277

The end times are designed to wake you up to the fact that God will no longer sustain a sinful world, and that you need to make a choice. Life with God (His rules), or death.

Ask Jesus to reveal Himself to you while there's still time.

All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.
- John 6:37 (KJV)
